Nothing on BaseCase constitutes:

  • trading advice

While BaseCase uses audited or community-reviewed smart contracts where available, smart contracts inherently carry technical risk.

 

We make no guarantee of:

 

  • bug-free code

  • exploit protection

  • flawless execution

  • continuity of uptime

 

 

8. Third-Party Integrations

 

Wallet providers, oracles, explorers, and external interfaces that interact with BaseCase are managed by independent third parties.

We are not responsible for their performance or reliability.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

BaseCase and its contributors, developers, maintainers, or partners will not be liable for:

  • lost funds

  • data loss
